Fees of Our Munich Detective Agency

The Aaden Detective Agency Munich consists of qualified specialist investigators with many years of experience in economic and private investigations. Most of our personnel have careers in law enforcement, criminal investigation units, or intelligence services and possess correspondingly exceptional expertise. We apply these qualities with maximum motivation in the service of our clients and are equally committed to presenting you with a fair fee structure.

 

Below you will find an overview of the costs of our basic services. Our detective agency does not charge hidden additional fees. Information on flat-rate investigations (for example, owner identification, address research, and others) is available upon request, as these flat rates always depend on individually calculated costs.

Fees in Detail

• Base Fee per Assignment                                        96,00 €
• Hourly Rate per Assigned Investigator                    99,00 €
• Mileage Rate per Kilometer Driven                            1,50 €

All prices are gross (including statutory VAT) for private individuals and net for VAT-liable clients.

Mileage is calculated either from our Munich base or, for more distant locations, by individual agreement at favorable rates, which we can offer because we have a network of qualified local specialist investigators.

The hourly fee is billed in fair 15-minute increments.

Included Services

At Aaden Economic Detective Agency GmbH, there are no additional charges. Our fees include, among other things:

 

• Costs for the initial consultation and assignment discussion
• Costs for the provision of video and photo material
• Telephone costs (excluding international calls)
• Costs for the provision of necessary standard investigation equipment (excluding surveillance vans, video surveillance systems, and GPS trackers)
• Postal costs (excluding express delivery and international shipments)

 

No additional charges are applied for factors that are usually charged elsewhere, including:

 

• Flat-rate expenses
• Meals
• Night assignments
• Weekend assignments
• Public holiday assignments (excluding Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day)
